Tasks and goals

International marketing is a strategically important direction of the Company. Our innovation and production capacities allow be competitive in all international markets.

The goal of the international marketing department is a creation of international marketing network for promotion of pharmaceutical products.

The departments closely interacts with the research and development department (developing innovations, patenting and registration of products abroad), marketing department (building promotion strategy and tactics), and commercial and financial departments (logistics, legal and financial issues) within the Company.

  • Pharmaceuticals patenting and registration
  • Promotion strategy and tactics
  • Search of business partners in international markets

The basis for the strategy implementation is:

  • Products certification at STI-MED-SORB site in conformity with GMP standards (November 2006).
  • Unique experience in development of prebiotics and lignin based enterosorbent.
  • Registration of international patents for the Company’s own developments.
  • Development and release of 30 new patented pharmaceutical formulations within 2007-2008.
  • 10 years’ experience of cooperation with foreign partners in pharmaceuticals and equipment export and import.

Geography of international activity and range of products:

1. Non-CIS counties.

Priority – promotion of original patented products Filtrum and Lactofiltrum

FILTRUM is an active enterosorbent based on hydrolyzed lignin which has no analogues worldwide. FILTRUM neutralizes wide range of bacteria and toxins. Administered as an urgent and preventive agent in case of food intoxications and intestinal infections.It acts also as a source of natural fiber, treating smoothly and without side effects usual for enterosorbents. This product has big potential in tropical and subtropical countries.

LACTOFILTRUM is an innovation double action prebiotic, stimulating beneficial microflora growth and simultaneously neutralizing toxins and pathogenic bacteria.It is especially efficient for the treatment of children disbacteriosis Lactofiltrum has a significant market potential, especially in countries with a large population of children.

Contract manufacturing and out-licensing.

We offer contract manufacturing service to our international partners for Lactofiltrum and Filtrum.

Our service includes:

- full registration dossier;
- product design;
- marketing support;
- product delivery and after sale service.

We provide our partners with an exclusive right to supply our products for a chosen territories.

The long term relations with our partners is supported by offering all new patented pharmaceuticals for marketing and out-licensing.

2. CIS countries.

Along with FILTRUM and LACTRFILTRUM, MOTONIUM (Domperidone), MIKRAZYM (microcapsulated pancreatine), ATEROSTAT (Simvastatin) brand-generics are promoted. Release of modified generics with improved properties and new pharmaceutical compositions is planned.
